At the suggestion/request of crazymanc, I've compiled a top 25 of '09. Instead of scouring the internet, I used only Celeb Nip Slips | Celebrity Oops. My ranking system is fairly simple. I took into account, the popularity of the chick, the level of exposure, the hotness of the chick, and the media impact. For example, I have NO Lily Allen or Kate Moss. Both showed their tits quite a bit in '09, but they both do it waaaay too often, and I happen to find neither one very attractive. So be warned, this is a completely biased list, at full discretion of the author (me). If you wanna argue my choices/order, feel free. This IS a thread, after all.

A very nice scene, but not an Oops. Would have ranked in the top 10 if it wasn't a movie.

Top Honorable Mention: Jessica Biel in Powder Blue:



This one would have taken the top spot in 09 if it weren't a movie. Biel is just super hot, and her nude scene was a long-time anticipated.
