Mindy McCready Sex Tape
I'm surprised nobody beat me to this post. This sex tape's been around a little while. I guess it's because Mindy's only famous for being a failed country singer and a whore. In the tape, she talks and talks about the famous guys she fucked (Roger Clemens, Alan Jackson, and JFK Jr., most notably). She used to look like this:
 Then she got really fat (Google it, because I won't subject you to that boner-killer). Then she lost most of the weight, but she's still kinda old. Still an OK tape.
