You're not being very specific. I'm guessing that (like a lot of other people downloading from a popular link including myself) it tells you that you have to wait on this popular download. Keep reloading the page, every two minutes or so, until it does a 75-second (or so) countdown until your download will start. Then, click the download button and select where to save your file.

PS: It's not Carrie Prejean.
