Flavor Flav happens to be one of the greatest hype-men of all time. His only real fame comes from being in Public Enemy with Chuck D, one of the very first big rap groups. Flav did a stint on The Surreal Life, where he hooked up with Brigitte Nielsen, ex-wife of Sylvester Stallone. She played Drago's wife in Rocky 4. Flav and Brigitte got their own show for one season called Strange Love, which was very accurately titled. After the breakup, the real circus began. The beginning of celebrity dating shows, Flavor of Love, lasted 3 seasons, and spawned I Love New York, Charm School, Real Chance of Love, Basement Affair, New York Goes to Work, I Love Money, and those are just the direct links.
